From the establishment of College since 1960, the management was presided by District Magistrate, Bahraich (01.07.1960 – 31.12.1966), Sri Hukum Singh Visen (01.01.1967 – 31.10.1971), Sri Badlu Ram Shukla (01.11.1971 – 07.05.1977), Sri Ranaveer Singh (08.05.1977 – 14.07.2004) and Sri Jata Shankar Singh (15.07.2004 – till date).
